Mark your calendars! The Borden Rod and Gun Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled. All members are encouraged to attend this important event.

Time: 1400 – 1600 hrs
Location: Terra Theatre (14 Tobruk Rd) Base Borden

Agenda Highlights

• • Review of the past year’s activities and financial report
  • Upcoming events and initiatives for 2025
  • Election of new members and executive committee positions
  • Open forum for member feedback and questions

Executive Positions Available

Members interested in joining the executive committee can apply in person at the AGM. The following positions are currently available:

• • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • ORV Director
  • Conservation & Morale Director
  • Multiple Assistant Director Positions

Important Information

• Amendments to Constitution/Bylaws:
  If you have any topics of importance that may require an amendment to the club’s constitution or bylaws, please notify club staff by email at bbrgc@forces.gc.ca NLT 15 March 2025.
• Associate Members:
  Attendance in person is required to be voted in as a member. If you are unable to attend, please reply to this email or contact Jake Adzija, Membership Director, to explain your absence. Your response will be considered as confirmation of your interest in maintaining membership.
